All WMOC competitions will be held in a 25km radius, within the area of "Pinhal de Leiria". The terrain will be similar for all courses and is a coastline forest, covered by Mediterranean pine tree, with some open areas close to the beach, especially on the Sprint. Technically it's typical sand dune terrain with much small contour detail, easy running and good visibility. Most of the tracks have a symmetrical configuration. The altitude of the competition areas is between10 and 85 metres high. The Sprint races will be more urban in nature.
